Dear Families of PPA,

I am writing to inform you that I have decided to retire from Pediatric Professional Association.

It has truly been an honor and privilege to care for your children over the years. I did not make this decision easily as it has been my joy and honor to have had your trust over the years of my career.

I entrust the healthcare of all my patients to my former partners with confidence. If you prefer to seek care elsewhere, our staff will do everything possible to make the transition smooth and stress free. You may request your child's confidential medical records by signing an authorization form, as we are not allowed by law to share them with anyone without your written consent. The form can be downloaded from our website.

I am grateful for your loyalty over the last 30 years and will deeply miss all the moments we shared during our visits. Wishing you and your family the very best.
